I was a little skeptical in ordering this because of some of the faults people have described here and other places. I am pleased to say that mine does not suffer from any of the bad things described, e.g. doesn't hold 3G signal very well, drops calls, and cramped keypad. Mine is a signal hog and not a single call dropped.
